Radiology Department and Imaging use the most advanced imaging modalities to deliver fast and accurate diagnostic solutions.

We use the first 3 Tesla MRIs in the Malabar region, a High-speed 128-slice CT scan. Advanced ultrasound machine with elastography and filmless radiology. We also have an integrated network PACS system which allows clinicians to view images immediately after the procedure.

We do all MR imaging studies including MR spectroscopy, MR angiography, MR Venography, MR perfusion studies, MR neurography, and cardiac MRI.

  • CT Scan (SOMATOM – Perspective 128 slice)The CT SCAN with its advanced software is capable of Ultra-Fast scanning with a low radiation exposure, which is required for cardiac imaging, CT coronary angiography, and cerebral and peripheral angiographies. This machine uses dual energy and with the special software available, produces fewer artifacts due to metallic implants.
  • PACSWe are equipped with PACS which is a hospital-wide picture archiving and communicating system for the fast delivery of reports and images, that too, without use of paper.
